How long do they take to ship?

Mattress production is 4-6 business days.  Shipping is 3-5 business days.

Is the trial and shipping really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, shipping is free and if you decide to return the mattress, shipping is free again.  You are not charged any hidden fees.

What firmness is best for me?

Accepted Answer

The Medium Soft is our best seller and best for all sleeping positions, including side sleeping.  The Medium Firm option is best for those who sleep on their stomach and back only or for those who like a firmer mattress.  Heavier sleepers may also prefer the Medium Firm.  The split firmness is great for couples who like different firmnesses.

How do you compare to competitors?

Pillar mattresses are thicker than most of the competition.  We also have more foam above our coil units.  Better edge support and a zoned coil unit, that not all brands use.  We have a superior build to most brands with a smaller price tag.

Do they have fiberglass in them?

Accepted Answer

No, Pillar uses all CertiPur foams and a fire sock that does not contain any fiberglass.  All mattresses that are sold in the US are required to have a fire barrier. Pillar mattresses use an all natural fire barrier that is made from a blend of cotton and rayon.

What if I don't like it?

You have up to 120 days to decide on the mattress. We require 30 days in the home before a return  request. It can take your body time to adjust to a new bed. If you decide to return it, we will try to have it  donated locally, or it will be picked up, and you will be 100% refunded.

Can I exchange my mattress?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While it is rare that someone is unhappy with the original firmness level selected, we offer easy  exchanges. During an exchange, your new mattress is free. However, a $99.00 charge covers the  logistics of the new mattress delivery, removing the original mattress from your home, and any state or  local mattress recycling fees. When exchanging your mattress, the 2nd mattress does not have a trial  period.

Can I use my mattress on a platform or a bed with slats?

Our mattresses will work fine on a platform or slatted bed frame. We recommend that you double-check  to ensure your bed frame has a rigid center support and is not bowed or broken down. We also  recommend your bed have center support legs.

What is included with delivery?

Accepted Answer

With our free delivery, our dedicated shipping partners will deliver your mattress and accessories right to  the ground-level door of your house or apartment building. Installation of the mattress is not included.  The free delivery does not include installation of the mattress or carrying the mattress up any stairs. Free  delivery is available within the contiguous United States
